Do you have a storefront or public shop?

No. Legacy Locksmiths is a mobile, service-area business. We come to your home, business, or vehicle. There is no public street address and no walk-in counter.

Which cities do you serve?

We serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Garden City, Kuna, Star, Nampa, and Caldwell. Each city has its own page under Service Areas. If you are nearby and unsure, call (208) 900-8048 and we will confirm coverage.

Are you available 24/7?

Yes. We take emergency lockout and urgent access calls 24/7. Planned work — rekeys, installs, commercial hardware, access control, and safe service — can be scheduled during regular hours. There is no public shop.

How fast can you get there for a lockout?

When you call, we give you a real arrival time. Emergency lockouts across the Treasure Valley — typically within 30 minutes. Call (208) 900-8048.

How do I book a non-emergency appointment?

Call or text (208) 900-8048. There is no online booking calendar. We confirm planned work by phone and take emergency lockouts around the clock.

How can I pay?

We accept common in-person payment options at the job. Online card payment is being set up (Stripe or Square). Until that link is live, call us or pay the technician on site. We do not use Marketing360 or ClientClub for payments.

Should I rekey or replace my locks?

If the lock still works and you trust the hardware, a rekey is often the faster, more affordable way to make old keys useless. If the lock is worn, damaged, or you want a different style or keypad, replacement may be the better path. We will say so plainly on site.

Can you unlock my car without a tow?

In many lockout cases, yes — we come to the vehicle and open it on site. We also handle replacement keys, second keys, broken key extractions, and fob or transponder programming when the vehicle supports it. Call or text (208) 900-8048 with the year, make, and model so we can confirm the work before dispatch.

Do you work with iLOQ, Schlage, or PDK access control?

Yes. We service and install solutions including iLOQ, Schlage, and PDK for residential and commercial access control. We come to the property — no storefront. We do not publish manufacturer certification numbers on this site; ask on the job if you need a specific program.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Legacy Locksmiths is licensed, insured, and bonded. We do not publish license numbers on this site. Ask the technician on site or call if you need documentation for a property manager or insurer.
